We needed specialized bull-nose tiles: Bullnose along the hypotenuse of a 6x6 tile ... McIntyre delivered perfectly. The bullnose tiles match the field tiles perfectly, in color, texture, and size. Outstanding!
Our local tile shop, Art Tile of Oakland, has a tight rapport with McIntyre; they keep a hundred samples indexed by style, color, and gloss. This really helps decide what'll work in my project.

Cranium Construction

“I am fortunate to have had Cranium Construction for two separate jobs in my house. Nathan's professionalism, paired with his easy going attitude, makes him an ideal member of any construction project. His attention to detail and custom engineering may make his product take longer than some other "run of the mill" surfaces, but, in my opinion, it is well worth the wait!
The first job for Cranium, in my kitchen, was a custom concrete countertop with abalone shell aggregate. It is beautiful and sturdy and has held up incredibly well to daily use. In addition to the abalone countertop, they fabricated a marble/onyx island, uniquely lined on the underside with a string of LED lights to light up the semi transparent onyx. It is a marvel to behold.
Four years later I was thrilled to have Nathan back once again to help design and install a hand troweled custom concrete shower juxtaposed with a one of a kind tile installation and a living wall alcove. Again, his keen eye and expertise helped create an incredible sanctuary of hot water, soap, and happiness.
So, all in all, I am extremely happy with the company and the product.”

His stepson Nicolas performed the job and I have found him to be a courteous , pleasant and very competent young man with the greatest of attitudes, hard-worker; justifiably takes pride in his impeccable work. Did a great clean -up job too. They treated this old woman with respect courtesy.Thank you, Nick!
I've owned many homes and rental units over the years and I consider him one of the best. Highly recommended- too bad I have downsized considerably so I can't have him do more work. Wish I could have found someone like him years ago.

“We contacted Ryan Miller after seeing the work he had done on a friend's kitchen and bath (which was beautiful1). We were planning a remodel and needed a contractor (not easy to locate after the Santa Rosa fires). He and his team did an amazing job--they were meticulous, punctual and made certain that we were happy with the work. Not only does my bathroom look fantastic, he did some minor work in other bathrooms that were outside the scope of the original project and they got that done too! He was responsive, professional and we are so pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!”
