We chose a gorgeous honed granite that was installed perfectly less than a week after ordering it. The installers were 10 minutes early and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. “Thank you Gerardo's Marble & Granite LLC.. was wonderful. He helped me after I had a disastrous installation experience with another company. and he left me without the granite that I paid. I called Gerardo and he took photos of various slabs until we found the exact match he wanted. Gerardo was understanding when I told him what happened with this other company and he told me that he would take good care of me. Gerardo put what happened in perspective and this was not the end of the world, it's just a countertop and a little inconvenience and delay in finishing my kitchen. The total cost of Gerardo's Marble & Granite was $2,000 less than... Now I have beautiful new countertops, a working stove, and $2,000 to spend on my kitchen backsplash! The peninsula was delivered as one solid piece and the underside has that uniform look and feel that...it failed to deliver. The installers wore skins the entire time (and didn't need to be told to wear them or to wear them properly) and it only took them two hours from start to finish. They were pleasant, respectful, and provided information that they... never communicated. If you are looking for a countertop I highly recommend Gerardo's Marble & Granite and if you go to 314 Bay West Blvd great job thank you very much Gerardo's”

I asked for a different colour in the border and it was no problem - new picture for approval straight away. Excellent communication throughout and the finished product was delivered extremely well packed and even with some extra tiles for those inevitable little problems! Extremely happy with the finished product and especially the service.”
