Our clients worked closely with Chris Petragnani in their tile showroom to pick out tile that went with the style of their house and expressed the personalities of the homeowners. “Adair's is almost finished putting in new flooring in our entire house. New carpeting upstairs and new hardwood downstairs as well as new floor in all the bathrooms. They have been great! Very helpful and patient while I was triing to make my choices. They had good suggestions and made every effort to keep me within my budget. Everything is finished except for one room and we couldn't be happier. They hardwood is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious. I would recommend them highly to anyone.”

He was easy to deal with from start to finish- quick initial response, written estimate, installation timeline, as well as what he would need from us. “We highly recommend Kevin of Love Tile and Marble! We hired him to re-tile our shower after we learned water had been getting behind the tile and causing rot, due to shoddy work by the previous tile person. Kevin showed up for the estimate when he said he would, and had the estimate out to me promptly. His price was fair, so we set a date for the install, and he was there when he said he would be. He and his helper were friendly and professional through the process and took extra steps to protect our house during the work - putting down many drop cloths, taping up vents and cabinets during demolition. He kept us informed of the progress and the end result was spectacular! We would definitely use him again for our tiling needs.”

Our rep Meghan was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about selecting the right counter top for our big kitchen project. Meghan also gave advise for our powder room counter too. Her assistant during the entire process was extremely helpful.”

“John did an outstanding job installing our marble mosaic tile in our three bathrooms! That part, we actually expected, as he came highly recommended by a local store. John surpassed our expectations by totally taking charge of negotiations with the tile store when we discovered that the warehouse only shorted us by 50% of our order. He made it so easy that all I had to do is drive back to pick up the additional tiles, and actually, John had offered to do this as well. He also strongly suggested we have a plumbing issue taken care of that might cause significant problems down the road and even took charge of that by sending photos to his plumber who provided an estimate and fixed the problem that week. (Our plumber had just retired.) John was very pleasant to have around the house for the week as well. Oh, at the beginning, he was great about getting an estimate and materials list quickly, and his prices are quite good for such excellent work.”
GERARDO'SMARBLE AND GRANITE TILE

“Thank you Gerardo's Marble & Granite LLC.. was wonderful. He helped me after I had a disastrous installation experience with another company. and he left me without the granite that I paid. I called Gerardo and he took photos of various slabs until we found the exact match he wanted. Gerardo was understanding when I told him what happened with this other company and he told me that he would take good care of me. Gerardo put what happened in perspective and this was not the end of the world, it's just a countertop and a little inconvenience and delay in finishing my kitchen. The total cost of Gerardo's Marble & Granite was $2,000 less than... Now I have beautiful new countertops, a working stove, and $2,000 to spend on my kitchen backsplash! The peninsula was delivered as one solid piece and the underside has that uniform look and feel that...it failed to deliver. The installers wore skins the entire time (and didn't need to be told to wear them or to wear them properly) and it only took them two hours from start to finish. They were pleasant, respectful, and provided information that they... never communicated. If you are looking for a countertop I highly recommend Gerardo's Marble & Granite and if you go to 314 Bay West Blvd great job thank you very much Gerardo's”
