From the first phone call to the receptionist, then to speaking with their sales team and field-guys reviewing the measurements, to receiving timely calls by their installation team prior to delivery/installation, all great communicators! I never question what's going on in the sales process because the plan is clearly distributed with me, and I'm continually updated along the way. “Troyer Transformation performed cabinet refacing in our kitchen. Their expertise and attention to detail was impeccable. They surpassed our expectations and transformed our kitchen from average builder grade materials to a kitchen pictured in a magazine. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. We started this project in the typical customer/ contractor relationship but by the end of the project I'm glad to call them my friends. Hard to find that these days.”
