The installation crew were top knock and they fully explained the process and they were on time; a trait that has been lost in recent times. Returned call promptly. Set a mutually convenient time to quote job. Arrived on time for appointment. Returned reasonable quote and contract by email within 48 hours. Set mutually agreeable time to do job. Arrived on time to perform work. Did exactly what he said he would do at the price quoted. Neat. Excellent work. Matched grout exactly to previous grout. Cleaned up after job. Provided advice on other jobs not related to tile at no charge.
Hero Tile did not ask for a review or recommendation--or offer a bribe for a good recommendation as many other contractors do. He does not know I have reviewed his company on Houzz. Hero Tile is an excellent contractor and I highly recommend him.”
