In every case, Natick Fireplace helped us choose the right product for our goals and space, and helped us make our projects go smoothly. They worked well with us on the timing of installations of the fireplace product, and they were happy to talk with our third-party professionals (plumbing & electric) to make sure the products were installed correctly.
