“I contacted Bill via email thru Hazelmere's website, and he was quick to reply. He was very helpful and quickly understood exactly the look we were going for in our new build. We were under a very tight timeline and were ordering from out of province, which caused some concern. He assured me that he and his team could meet our deadline and provide a quality product. “Vancouver Fire Place assisted us in the design and the approvals for the Kephren custom fire place sourced from France. The objective of the design was to locate a gas fireplace within the Ceremonial Hall in the First Peoples House without the visual obstruction of a hood. This fire place with the exhaust and supply air concealed below the floor is a one of a kind design in British Columbia, as well as the rest of Canada.
