I was referred to Mike by a friend who bought a faucet from him and felt that he went out of his way to provide superior customer service and product knowledge. I had no idea where to go to buy anything for my remodel so I gave it a try. I had looked at other showrooms but had no idea what to look for, ask for, or where it is important to get a really high quality product and where you can save money. I met Mike Blackwell and he showed me around Cowan so that I could see what they had and Mike could get an idea what I liked. After Mike got a sense of my style and the way my family lived, he helped me pick out EVERYTHING from sinks to toilets to fixtures. Not only the style and finish but Mike helped me decide how best to spend my money and what the best products were for my price range and use.
