“Excellent and Highly Recommend!!! I made the first statement short and sweet for those who don't have time to read this entire review. My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

“We had our master bathroom completely remodeled. We went from faux marble counter tops and white 6x6 builder tiles to granite counter tops and a timeless tile on floor and throughout the bathroom. We knocked down walls and created half walls to let in more light to the shower area and finished with a frameless shower enclosure. The cabinets were builder grade white thermofoil cabinets that were starting to peel, so we went with painted white wood cabinets made here in Florida. The project could not have come out better, we are very pleased.”

“They do excellent work. Built a nearly 1,500 square foot deck around a pool that the pool installers had set up crooked. It looks amazing. They dealt with crazy heat, rocks, roots and still finished on time and on budget. The deck is so very sturdy and we are complimented on it anytime we show it. So thankful to Mark and his team for the best upgrade to our property we could have asked for! Because of their great work we hired them a 2nd time to do work on our home after a hailstorm caused damage. Again on time, on budget and beautiful work.”
