“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house. We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. She had many original ideas that we loved and understood the look that we wanted. She was very patient with our many questions, making us feel comforted every step of the way. She gave us the details that she knew we needed, knowing that we were detail-oriented customers. She gave design advice for the function, as well as the aesthetics. We truly got our vintage, original-looking kitchen. It has very high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and design. We decided to use her sub-contractors, since they have worked togethers for many years and work well as a team. They also give the highest quality of work, and knowing that this was the only time that we would be doing this kind of project, we wanted perfection. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Place to anyone. Many friends, who have come to see our kitchen, are amazed at the transformation. One has recently gone to The Kitchen Place and ordered cabinets, because they were so impressed. We live in a neighborhood of old homes, where many are looking to remodel their kitchen, and I will definitely suggest they take a look at our kitchen and consider The Kitchen Place.”

We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”

“Harcon Construction has been my construction company of choice since 2001. They start your project and return everyday until its completion. They do affordable quality work and they believe in cleaning up their work area every day. They have completed the following projects in our home: family room and bathroom addition in an unfinished basement, bathroom and utility room remodel and a partial kitchen remodel. They will suggest and do extra little touches that make the room a little special. I will not consider hiring anyone else.”

“Debbie worked on a kitchen project for me. Since she is in OH, and I am in IL, this was done long-distance. She provided me with swatches of fabric for my chairs, and suggested they be made with a complimentary fabric on the flip side. When the base for the table arrived and there was damage in shipping, Debbie was quick to handle the exchange and resolve the problem with the shipper. In no time the new base arrived. Everything looks great, and the table, chairs and cushions were (and still are) a great addition to my kitchen.”
