“It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who begins the process and completes the project with no complications or negatives. We had just that kind of perfect experience beginning construction in April and completing our new kitchen at the end of May, 2016. Our designer, Linda, set the tone by being a great listener and then offering suggestions, most of which we implemented in the design. The next step, meeting with Kat and Scott, made it clear that the process would have open communication, clearly defined scheduling, a professional crew headed by the project manager, Curt, and the neatest and cleanest worksite ever imagined. We are now the happy owners of a marvelous new kitchen. The problems that inevitably arose were resolved quickly, keeping us on schedule. We are proud that we picked the best contractor possible. Our meetings begin with a walk-through and ideas emerge from the ensuing conversation. Her architectural background results in "functional" layout recommendations that optimize space and flow. An Aesthetic "top-coat" follows--- keeping in mind the design style of the client, layout and budget. Jill can "Manage" or recommend contractors to bring the projects completion. This is an added bonus as many people don't have the time or knowledge to realize their conception. Her strong suit is the ease of communication as is evidenced by her Award Winning Ratings on Angie's List My highest recommendation goes to her company and especially her.”

“Nadja was able to walk into our kitchen and dining room and immediately come up with great ideas for re-doing the entire space. She explained her process thoroughly, which was helpful for us novices, and she was always easy to talk with through out the entire process. We wanted a more "transitional" style than her usual modern style, and she was able to help us with design elements that worked for us. We loved that Nadja will share her opinions with you - we wanted her expertise, but she is flexible enough to work around any specific elements you really love. We hope to work with Nadja again on additional projects, and we highly recommend her.”

“Sophia came in full of energy and ready to help us with our room expansion project. We thought we just needed her for finishing selections. However she immediately asked the right questions and completely changed our lighting plan. This certainly will transform the entire room. Moving into finishes, Sophia took our preferences and selected a simply wonderful color scheme. She also helped devise a plan to utilize an existing rug by adding a border, saving thousands of dollars over buying a new one. While Sophia certainly can help you select top of the line, she also has the philosophy of using what you have and working it into the design. Highly recommended to help you get the most out of your project.”

“I met with Alissa to discuss my plans for a design plan for a second kitchen in my house. I found her to be practical, honest and detail oriented. Even thought I did not end up working with her (because my project was very small and more of a do-it yourself type of plan, she explained), she gave me a lot of good ideas on how to save money and simplify my plan. I had planned to put in a lot of expensive custom made cupboards and a bar. She recommended that I use the shelving that was already in place and use a pre-fab bar rather than a custom made one. I just went to the store and found sliding glass doors to cover the shelves and a bar that folds into a table. It will save a good amount of money. I appreciated Alissa's suggestions and patience and would definitely hire her for a bigger project in the future.”

“After interviewing 12 contractors, we hired Case Remodeling to do what turned out to be a whole-house remodel. They re-designed and re-configured our kitchen, updated our fireplace and family room (it was added to 77 Ideabooks here on Houzz - too cool!), pull and replace our bathrooms, replace our flooring, and remove our popcorn ceilings. I have to say that I was impressed by them from the get-go. They listened to everything we had to say, as opposed to some contractors who brushed off our ideas. They realized that we weren't made of money, so there had to be a budget, where other contractors simply asked us to "trust them." They took our basic ideas and made them SO MUCH better. The designer we had gave us great options in the design. We worked with the designer and took the pieces we liked from each of her proposed designs to make the final design one that we totally loved. Our kitchen is a delight to be in, it has room for at least 15 people to dine, and many more to congregate and munch. Our family room is a warm and inviting room where we spend lots of time. We had ample input in to the design, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. I truly appreciated that when we worked with Case, their designers, and their employees, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and they were honest. We didn't get a lot of "well...maybe..." talk, we got straightforward answers and reasonable estimates, regarding both time and money. They were realistic about what could and what couldn't be done, they were realistic about time frames and availability, and they didn't disappoint us. We'd recommend them - any time. Seriously.”
