“Kelly of Professional Flooring Installation LLC, in a word, AMAZING! We had the perfect time table laid out until we hit a serious snag in our escrow. Our escrow closing was forced two days late, due to a national hacking scenario, and we were in a time crunch and PFI came through like champs. We called Kelly and she told us she could perform a one day miracle. From measurements to order to pick up to delivery to complete installation in one day!!!!! PFI worked wonders for us - they did a beautiful job - and did it for a reasonable price. We have already recommended their services to or any of your home flooring projects.”

“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”

“Arcenio and his team are incredible to work with. We did a major remodel on our 1912 home and it turned out exactly as i designed it. “Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.”

“Lenny installed our porch and deck back in 2018. This was a new build house, his insight and expertise was greatly needed and helpful. He’s a contractor that cares deeply about his workmanship and quality as well as thinking about what is best for the homeowner. He’s friendly, professional and also shows up when he says he will be there (which was a real challenge with a number of subs). 5 years later and our deck looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier we chose LFI.”
