Of course , there are challenges during this process, but we worked through them to our compete satisfaction . We would recommend them to friends and use them for future projects. “We wanted to redecorate our living room, going from mainly traditional furnishings to a more contemporary look. Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.”

“I could not have asked for a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have updated other areas of our home, but sought out a professional team for this large scale total remodel. The project included knocking down walls, painting, adding a new pantry, and adding new flooring/appliances/countertops/cabinets. Georgia Custom Construction was reliable and on time every day. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day before heading home (sometimes working overtime to get the job done for the day)! They communicated regularly on progress, answered all our questions with expert knowledge, and paid attention to every detail. They even made accommodations with my children and a dog running around while they completed the tasks. The huge job was successfully completed on time with no surprise fees or invoices when finished. I would use Georgia Custom Construction again and again for all my home projects - large and small!”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“We recently purchased a 1960's ranch in Atlanta, with the intention of renovating the kitchen and finishing the basement. We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. They finished our basement adding a guest bedroom, bath, storage, and a play area for the kids. They worked closely with us on all design decisions and didn't complete the job until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm already planning my master bedroom renovation and I plan on using Renewal again down the road!”

“Amen Services recently worked on large projects consisting of several repairs, installations and renovations in our home. They were the absolute best team I could have imagined working with. Not only was the work they did thorough, high quality, and timely, but they also cared deeply about the final outcome that they would go above and beyond to ensure my family and I would LOVE our home. Their pricing was very reasonable as well! They went beyond just doing the job they were paid to do, and made sure we were truly happy with the final outcome. They also offered very valuable guidance on every step of the process to make our home even better than we pictured it. Their experience was clear and helped us immensely. They were very creative in solving our complex requests, and the final outcome as beautiful. It was a true pleasure working with them. “Renee and RTG do a phenomenal job! She's done kitchen designs on a couple of remodel projects for me, and I can't say enough good things about the work. She literally saved me on a project that was a complete disaster due to a previous contractor's poor workmanship. She listens to her clients needs and incorporates it into her designs, which are top notch. Highly recommend!!”

“From the beginning plans to final plans, from the delivery of cabinets to installation, the attention to detail by both Teri and Mikail was amazing. They were happy, excited, creative in using smaller spaces in the best way possible, and every corner, every cabinet, every trim piece was completed with their eye for perfection. We have a showplace kitchen that is also a joy in which to cook! We would use them again, and have recommended them to friends. They are a wonderful team.”
