“We have used Four Elements for 2 renovation projects now at 2 different homes and would certainly recommend the company for small to large projects. The first was a basement finishing project in 2014 - we started with an unfinished basement and roughed in plumbing in a 2003 home with Four Elements coordinating all trades to frame/drywall/paint/carpentry/electrical/plumbing/installation of carpet and tile. Our project was estimated to take 3 months and was completed within that time frame. We were minimally above budget (I believe it was a couple thousand on 30+) and was in part due to changes that we made as the project went along. The finishing quality was excellent and we were very happy with the completed space (family room, bathroom and small laundry room). Peter (owner) made several excellent recommendations along the way such as the type of lighting to use and was responsive to our comments/suggestions throughout the build. Our second project has just recently concluded and was significantly more complex as it was upgrades/renos throughout a 1960's home on all levels. We installed new exterior doors/window, moved a wall, created a pass thru, painted, installed new flooring, countertops, lighting in the basement, insulation, electrical, and furnace upgrades to name a few. Again, this project was completed on time and very close to our original budget (48+) and was completed within the 2 month time frame Peter estimated. We are very happy with the end results and did not consider using anyone other than Peter and Four Elements for this project based on how well our first experience went.”

“We chose to go with Cucina Bella for a couple of reasons first being, they deal with top quality products (we chose Sollera). The second reason is our faith in Rebecca Gagne. She has went above and beyond designing all the cabinetry in our home. She has carefully went over even the smallest of details with us to ensure our understanding of how it would tie in together. Rebecca is very educated on how to create a space not only for beauty but to make it function properly. She considers every detail from the number of family members that are in the house to the appliances that you choose. Rebecca has taken on our project as if it were her own she just amazes us with how much she cares, even after you sign on the dotted line! Dealing with Rebecca at Cucina Bella was the best part of our building experience. We couldn't be happier Kyle & Maria Bates”

That being said, there are very few vendors out there that have talented staff that truly have a passion for the business and strive for excellence and offer great customer service. I have had the pleasure of working with Alana and because of her talents and great service Cucina Bella is our number 1 choice! Things we love about Alana: 1. The woman is gifted. She has a flair for design 2. She listens to what clients like and dives in and offers suggestions and options that fit the clients desires 3. I love how she takes the initiative to offer multiple design options to help us make a decision 4. She understands the importance of a well thought out kitchen 5. “I live in a 60 year old house with a galley kitchen. My husband and I love the location, but we just weren't feeling the floor plan anymore... you know "the love it or list it" type scenario. With our current layout, we were not sure of what options, if any, we had. We worked with Krystal and found her to be professional, flexible, highly motivated and extremely talented. Krystal's floor plan even rectified issues that we didn't know we had. I sent her a quick choppy video of our house and within 24 hours she had me sold on exactly what we needed to do. Once she knew we were happy with the layout, she quickly moved to ensure all of the measurements were correct for our specified cabinet marker and appliances. She was willing to adjust things to ensure that they fell within our budget and was even quoting the building code. I am extremely glad that I sought out Krystal's expertise and would highly recommend her to anyone who is taking on a project, but isn't sure about the direction or fine details. Krystal will make sure that every last detail is perfect.”
