“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“I met with Alissa to discuss my plans for a design plan for a second kitchen in my house. I found her to be practical, honest and detail oriented. Even thought I did not end up working with her (because my project was very small and more of a do-it yourself type of plan, she explained), she gave me a lot of good ideas on how to save money and simplify my plan. I had planned to put in a lot of expensive custom made cupboards and a bar. She recommended that I use the shelving that was already in place and use a pre-fab bar rather than a custom made one. I just went to the store and found sliding glass doors to cover the shelves and a bar that folds into a table. It will save a good amount of money. I appreciated Alissa's suggestions and patience and would definitely hire her for a bigger project in the future.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I hired this firm for a very unique job which turned out above my expectations. Ms. Adkins is an outstanding consultant and provided me with options that I did not know about which is a much more professional approach than some of the more "off-the-shelf" companies that I had dealt with in the past. The color choices, materials, and craftsmanship gave my home a much more rich, attractive, and unique look than I have seen anywhere else. I highly recommend this firm.”
