“During construction, the Craftsmen Gruppe maintained a high standard of quality as promised. They really followed through on the project and cared about doing the best job possible as well as meeting our timeline keeping in mind that it was over the Christmas holidays. Who in their right mind would do a kitchen and basement renovation during the holiday season- these guys! Our renovation was completed on schedule and on budget with no surprises. I would highly recommend them for any remodel project you are considering.”

As project managers, Germano Creative kept communication flowing daily to keep us in the know and with several check-ins throughout the project, Suzette and her team continued to impress us with their above and beyond service mentality. I had no idea what goes into a project such as this and they walked me through the entire process. Kevin and his subcontractors are perfectionists and it shows in the quality of the work. “EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! We are extremely picky about fine detail and quality and chose Paragon Kitchens for our kitchen renovation. Mike, Mary and the staff at Paragon listened to our ideas, our wish list and challenged our design concepts with different design iterations and options. The end result was a beautiful and extremely functional kitchen that makes perfect use of our space. I can honestly say that our experience far exceeded any expectations we had. From the initial meetings, to the design process through to construction and assembly, the staff at Paragon was professional, knowledgeable and completely accessible. “We hired Trusted Trades to work on a variety of projects in our new house. From the very beginning I could tell that he was what we were looking for. Quality was our number one priority, followed by our timeline and price. He had the most legitimate and thorough quote and we were excited to get started. Our en-suite bathroom was completely demo'd and built from scratch. The quality is what we wanted, and the speed in which the project was completed really impressed us. We then had Tom install our main floor hardwood, trim and tile our entryways. We were beyond pleased with the result. Along the way, Tom made time to make many recommendations that we found to be very helpful. He worked within the timeline to get everything done for us, even when we had a few unexpected/unplanned for ideas that added to the project. We have now hired Trusted Trades to finish our basement. It is like Christmas coming home to see a space so transformed in such a short time. We have increased our house value exponentially and it's addicting! I definitely recommend Trusted Trades.
