“Cairns Craft Remodeling - Charles and Marie they are a great team. What I love about working with this company is that they plan ahead, think through the details of your project and review them with the designer before starting the project, but also while the project is in construction. They are great at communicating and keeping the designer, client and contractor all on the same page, even when things need to be addressed that are not always obvious due to construction conditions. “I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again. -RD, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego”

“The Kitchen Barn staff was awesome to work with on my kitchen remodel done in April of 2015! From Design to Installation, I found them to be very professional. Their designer Mark works with you to find out your needs and tailors it to what you want, while Matt and his crew get the job done. They were great in calling with scheduling and showing up promptly when they said they would. If there were any delays, I was contacted immediately and given what new time they could be there. Dave worked on site and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily. The staff was friendly and fun to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was great! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any kitchen or bathroom job you need.Candy Mittag”

“The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon. Cant recommend them enough”

“Hi Love working with Lori. I had a remodel done for my kitchen and bathroom and Lori was very helpful in choosing the right colors to match and everything to coordinate. When you are spending so much money remodeling I felt it was important to have someone like her. I absolutely love my remodel and get complements all the time. Lori is very talented and listens to her clients.”

“My husband and I bought our first home last February and had to furnish the entire thing on a budget. Hope was incredible and inspiring with her own vision while also taking ours into account. It made the project not only less overwhelming but FUN. She has a great sense for which pieces you should spend more money on and where you can get away with spending less. She is extraordinarily creative and offered the perfect amount of conviction and confidence when I needed it to pull the trigger on bigger items or concepts. She is talented and patient, her response time is amazing and whether what you're working on is big or small, she makes you feel like a priority. We tackled different projects over time and I appreciated being able to space it out like that. She was great at managing the needs and expectations of both my husband and myself (since sometimes they differed.) She is organized, passionate about design and professional. I trust her taste and that she has our best interest at heart. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her and I know we will for years to come as our home and family and needs change. She helped make this house we own our home. I would recommend her services to anyone.”

“I had living room, dining room and kitchen totally remodeled. I have very limited space and Doreen was able to get every last inch for me. She worked with the contractor seamlessly as if they were a team. I am so pleased in having her as my designer. She was able to get more storage and space in my kitchen then I ever thought possible. I even still have a few sheves still empty. She understood my cost constraints and still made my house look like a million bucks. Words used by my friends after seeing the remodel are incredible, awesome, beautiful, unbelieveable, and stunning.”
