Nick and his team were excellent to work with and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I was given a quote/timeline and explanation of all the work plus I got frequent updates on progress, issues/recommendations -- so there were never any surprises. The guys did an amazing job on my floors, crown molding and worked with me to design the built-ins for my living room. I will definitely work with them again when I start phase 2 of renovations!”

“We recently completed a first floor bathroom and laundry/utility room renovation with Millstone Creations. Peggy, the coordinator and all around “go to” was a pleasure to work with. She was organized and responsive and kept the all the moving pieces in place. Shon, the cabinet maker and problem solver displayed quality workmanship throughout all aspects of his involvement. We were especially pleased with the tile work which was significant and resulted in a beautiful, walk-in shower and floor. Our job was completed on time and on budget! We would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. He was incredibly accommodating, helping out with other minor fixes around the house, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service.
