The installation team is great, respectful, hardworking and all her family! This is the family to take your work to! If there is a problem, they brainstorm to bring your design together and keep you happy! I love my kitchen and the work they did! All her ideas and my desires came together once installed!”

“I was in need of a bathroom remodel and had some ideas but I'm not very good at conveying my ideas to others or at envisioning the final results so I contracted with Total Design Homes. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. Their team asked me quite a few questions about my ideas and somehow with the little information I provided them they designed and built me the bathroom that I have always wanted. Cynthia found this plank tile the has all the colors that I love and reminds me of the ocean with beach wood. I hope I get to add a picture on this review for everyone to see since I have a hard time explaining what my bathroom looks like. However, it's amazing and I love it! “Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got quotes from a wide variety of companies and was very disappointed when so many of them came back significantly over our stated budget. I felt as if some of the companies recognized what this project meant to me and preyed upon my dream in an attempt to increase the budget. Kyle Zimmerman (owner of Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets) didn't play any of those silly games. He quickly understood my vision and respected our budget and timeline. We didn't encounter any major problems, but the few minor glitches we had were handled flawlessly. Kyle's quiet confidence and calm demeanor was really reassuring. When I changed my mind at the last minute on some decorative posts, he carefully explained the additional costs and then he calmly made it happen. I thought he might get annoyed at the last minute change, but his friendly smile never wavered. When I realized I'd taken on too many little projects on my own (in an attempt to save money), he instantly came to my rescue and called people in to finish the work I couldn't do. Overall, I am completely happy with my new kitchen and extremely grateful to Kyle and his team for making my dream come true! “Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

David was careful with his work-space, making sure to minimize the disruption to my rooms. He checked with me throughout the project to confirm my satisfaction. “From the time Mike Ambrose picked up the phone when I called William Jackson till the time I signed off and paid my final bill, he was respectful and thorough. I sat down in his office with his computer aided rendering of my space with a kitchen that would have made me jealous were it not my own! How did he do that? He knew the questions to ask! He and I had a conversation by phone and in person while he measured my kitchen and bathroom spaces. I hardly realized the conversation led him to the information he needed to design the perfect kitchen and bathroom for me. He saw flaws in my original kitchen that I had never noticed, and corrected them in the new plan. I made only two adjustments to the very first kitchen he planned. It was that perfect! Mike is a great listener, a great studier of space and lifestyle through each person he serves. He is meticulous with details and options. I learned so much from him during this project! When Bill Clerke, the owner and installer, came to "build" my kitchen space, he was quiet and clean. No loud radio or phone calls in my presence. He never called attention to himself, just put the kitchen together. He only interrupted me if he had a question--and that was seldom because Mike had taken care of so many of the details in the planning process that the construction went smoothly.
