“I hired "Kitchen Works" to remodel my Scottsdale, Az. Since my primary home is in NYS and I was doing this remodel long distance, it was important that I have a contractor who was easy to work with and trustworthy. The remodel was extensive. The original tile floors were ripped out and replaced and walls moved to enlarge the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and bath room vanities were replaced with a high quality line "Kichen Works" represented. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. “From the time Mike Ambrose picked up the phone when I called William Jackson till the time I signed off and paid my final bill, he was respectful and thorough. I sat down in his office with his computer aided rendering of my space with a kitchen that would have made me jealous were it not my own! How did he do that? He knew the questions to ask! He and I had a conversation by phone and in person while he measured my kitchen and bathroom spaces. I hardly realized the conversation led him to the information he needed to design the perfect kitchen and bathroom for me. He saw flaws in my original kitchen that I had never noticed, and corrected them in the new plan. I made only two adjustments to the very first kitchen he planned. It was that perfect! Mike is a great listener, a great studier of space and lifestyle through each person he serves. He is meticulous with details and options. I learned so much from him during this project! When Bill Clerke, the owner and installer, came to "build" my kitchen space, he was quiet and clean. No loud radio or phone calls in my presence. He never called attention to himself, just put the kitchen together. He only interrupted me if he had a question--and that was seldom because Mike had taken care of so many of the details in the planning process that the construction went smoothly. ““We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodeling team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped guide us in the right direction, presented us with a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to select tile, stone, etc. They also listened to our ideas, "must haves" and our "second thoughts" throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).””
