“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“A very talented professional with lots of experience. If you can dream it, he can build it. Exemplar outbid the others for a complete redo of all the walls and ceiling in my house. Repainted and new moldings. Later he completely redid my bathroom in beautiful tile and new cabinets. The shower walls were done in tile as well. Last summer built me a very large deck.”

“My father was an old school carpenter focused on the detail in his trade and Lafayette produced a product far beyond my hopes. Steve Eyke has an understanding of design and architecture I have not met in any other builder and was able to capture the feel I wanted in my home with exceptional craftsmanship .The end results exceeds anything I have seen in houses much more expensive /sqft. and did so within the time frame we agreed upon.”

“We are having 4 bathrooms and half the basement remodeled by J Squared. We've engaged many contractors on differing projects over the years. J Squared stands apart from all that we have used in the past. We actually handed over the keys to Jantzen and Jason and left the state for them to get the project done. We felt confident when we met them and that confidence only grew as photos began to come in. We just got the photos of our basement remodel and it was an HGTV reveal moment! Unreal, team Squared! Truly exceptional. I attached a photo of the laundry room. Yes, a laundry room with an island!”
