“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. “We had a wonderful experience with NV Kitchen and Bath for our master bathroom remodel. It was a project we had been putting off for several years, but after we decided to take the leap they made it a wonderful experience. We selected NV for this project because they had done a lot of work for friends and we saw the quality firsthand, and they allowed us access to all materials, whether they were in their standard network or not (this was not true of many remodelers, who only work with certain vendors). End to end we were very happy with the quality of the work, but a few special mentions: --Taylor was our designer, and did a great job of taking into account our midcentury modern taste preferences, but also making recommendations to improve the utility of our space. She was a true partner throughout the planning process. --Harb oversaw the project and the crews, and ensured that our project was completed to our satisfaction and at the short end of the timeframe we had discussed. There wasn't any time wasted--he made sure that the work was paced so that progress was made each day, and came by regularly to check in with us and survey the quality of the work. --Diego was our day-to-day contact, and he was personable and pragmatic, being very transparent with us when decisions needed to be made. “MDC provided a full kitchen remodel, including custom cabinetry, appliances, countertops and lighting. The project focus was on improved functionality within a limited amount of square footage. The entire experience was wonderful! The designers at MDC were very easy to work with and understood our specific needs. There were no major surprises in either the product or budget. The project timeline was tight and was completed on time and on budget. MDC also helped to facilitate donation of usable, pre-existing cabinetry and countertop. We found KSA kitchens both Carol and KJ to be very accomidating when I called or E mailed I always received a response in a very timley manner. “The Model Home Look remodeled our 5x11 hall bath. The project included the removal of all the existing fixtures and tile, replumbing the toilet to accommodate a larger vanity, replacement of the existing window, new lighting, and exhaust fan. Like any project thee were some minor issues but they responded very quickly to resolve any problem, We selected Model Home Look from three proposals and would recommend them.”
