“Richard work closely with our general contractor during the entire (complete) remolding of our home. Richard was completely responsible for the entire interior layout, kitchen design, pantry design, bathrooms (including hardware) ,all cabinetry (including hardware), all counter tops (including custom decorative concrete counter tops), all interior and exterior decorative details, and paint, wall paper, and art features for the both the interior and exterior of the house. Richard help us make decisions that resulted with a remolding project that reflected our original desires. Richard worked well with vendors, subcontractors, and the general contractor. He stayed on schedule and was always cognizant of budgetary constraints. It was a pleasure working with Richard, who exemplified the highest of professional standards and was always creative and inventive with his suggestions. We would highly recommend Richard to others that are considering a remolding activity.”

“After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”

“I feel fortunate that I found Anna from River Run to help us with our remodel.Anna was first and formost a professional protecting her time and mine. She walked me through the process of choosing cabinets, designing and following through to completion. Anna was available through phone and text and I always felt heard and comfortable with the process. She, also, worked flawlessly with our contractor and designer.”

“Kristine was very helpful in helping me design my new kitchen. She was very thorough and listened closely to my needs. She was very knowledgeable in the different styles of cabinets. She met me at the tile store and was creative in helping me choose a custom backsplash tile. She was always working for me and finding the best product at the best price. She designed my sister Kathy's beach house - new bathroom and kitchen. My sister recommended Kristine and I found her help to be very valuable. Kathy was very pleased with Kristine's work.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”
