“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“Complete kitchen remodel, gutted and rebuilt. Replaced flooring entire downstairs. Remodeled fireplace. Remodeled downstairs and upstairs guest bathrooms. Deborah was amazing! Her professional knowledge and experience, her attention to detail was incredible, she ran the crew with high expectations. She reviewed our project as if it were her own, caring about every little detail. The communication the project progress was frequent and complete, leaving nothing in doubt. Our father passed away in our home during the construction. Her comforting compassion and sincerity was overwhelming, as was the crews. She told us when we were ready to resume to let her know. We would hire them again in a heart beat!”

I had a bathroom completely redone after a flood and expected not only for the job to take longer than it did but to also cost so much more than I actually paid. Anderson has a very hardworking crew of people and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their decorating ideas greatly helped me make decisions. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I had all three of my bathrooms remodeled by Home Accents. Jay created the perfect layout and walked me through the entire process. Each worker that come through my home was exceptionally professional, friendly and skilled at their job. My floors were covered each day, they vacuumed each day along with making sure everything was put away properly. They followed the scheduled perfectly, and there were no major surprises or hidden cost. Out of my four estimates, I am very happy I chose Home Accents. The entire staff was remarkably efficient, helpful, kind which is something rarely found today. This is a very up scaled business with competitive pricing, great customer service and focus on detail.”

“Neil at DezignBlue is a true professional. He was on time, accruate and creative. He helped me design the modern kitchen I wanted, for a fraction of what I would have spent with other manufacturers. He knows IKEA inside and out, and worked his "magic" to hide the microwave, make the fridge panel look like a solid wall of cabinets, etc. He even flew to Sacramento to measure and design in person. I recommend him without heistation.”
