“Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“We have been working with Sami, Shon and Tom for over 2 years in around the Bay Area. As an architectural design professional, I really enjoy completing projects after projects with them. They are easy to work with, very responsive, honest, and they care about the home owners' budget, time and expectations. Construction is always a heavy task. But Sami and his team make it easier for everyone, including me as a designer. Their team keeps the progress updated and provides all the roles enough information in time for decision making. They do have the experience to deliver a quality service. And from the design point of view, Sami is experienced and can provide really good solutions and material suggestions. In a project, his fast feedback allowed us to change the operable skylights to a better size to save some money for the client. (This project's photos are uploaded below as example, where they converted the existing atrium and small master bath into a bigger master bath and family room) This kind of interactive conversation among the home owner, designer, engineer and the contractor is very helpful to a project. Above all, if you have a project in mind or simply need some suggestion of what to do for your house, starting the conversation with Sami's team is a good choice.”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling. “I rarely write reviews but always read reviews before choosing or buying things. So I decided this time to share my experience with our kitchen remodel given how ecstatic both my husband and I are of the results. We asked two kitchen designers to come to our recently purchased home in order to change our kitchen. Neither of them actually came with ideas that would truly improve both the functionality and the esthetic of the room. We were thoroughly disappointed until friends of ours recommended Jam Iksoulene to us. Jam responded to our inquiry promptly and agreed to come to our house the following Sunday. My husband travels a lot and that was the only day we could all meet. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Jam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule. Jam spent almost two hours looking at the room, thinking, measuring and listening to our wishes. It was clear that compared to the previous designers, he was extremely conscientious and thorough. The design he created for our kitchen blew us away. It not only changed the entire flow of the room by making it much better but also nailed what we were seeking in terms of style. I have attached before and after pictures. Jam helped us with colors. Neither my husband nor I are visual and we were very uncertain and indecisive regarding color cabinets and countertop. Jam went above and beyond for us, giving us samples and even accompanying us to Cosentino to ensure that the cabinet color would work with the dekton we had chosen. Jam gained our complete trust. He always answered our numerous questions promptly and professionally. His inside out knowledge of Pyram kitchen made his install perfect. His expertise as both designer and installer make Jam Iksoulene someone we highly recommend without hesitation to anyone interested in transforming his/her kitchen with a modern French flair. Definitely a 5 star rating. Would give more if I could.”

“We recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath 100%! They remodeled our entire kitchen and bathroom from the floor up. On-time, clean, and courteous, we trust the whole crew in our home anytime. There were no hiccups with our renovation, no surprise fees or charges--and the work is gorgeous. Little details were added without any management or recommendation on our end and changes we wanted were done promptly. The team assumed responsibility for delays that were our fault or beyond their control. Nice, trustworthy people, superior work.”
