“Frank, of Dynamic Design-Build, has completed numerous home improvement projects for us, including a bath remodel, complete kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, a sunroom addition, and patio. He provides detailed, accurate designs, anticipates everything the project might entail, and provides an estimate which encompasses the entire job. He is on site with his contractors, monitoring every aspect of the job. The carpentry and finishing details are outstanding. Frank works with the customer to personalize every detail, and has been flexible if changes are desired.We continue to use Dynamic Design-Build, and frequently recommend them to others.”

Those 3 additional factors were; customer service, the quality of the products that would be used and would we be exceptionally please with our new kitchen. John Silvia, Bill Brown and their team not only met our expectations, they exceeded them in all areas. They took great pride in their workmenship and attention to detail which was evident in the quality of the finished product. My wife and I could not be happier with our new kitchen and the first class customer service we recieved from start to finish. “Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”

“Just as I was about to hire another contractor to redo my kitchen cabinets, my friend told me about Kitchen Tune-Up, and I'm thankful she did. I contacted Jesse (the owner), and he came by my house that same day. He gave me an estimate that was 1/2 the price of the previous contractor I had spoken with, and even included tiling a backsplash and an upgrade to the cabinet doors. I'm very pleased with the work they have done, and coordinated everything with Jennifer (Kitchen Tune-Up co-owner) has been a smooth and pleasant process.”

“Fabulous! We have never had a contractor with such integrity. His design ideas were also on the mark. He started promptly every morning and worked tirelessly to expedite our total remodel due to a flood. We can't say enough about this kind and generous man and how thrilled we are with our beautiful kitchen. I have never given 5 stars for anyone. Mel and Sal”
