“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“My husband and I bought our first home last February and had to furnish the entire thing on a budget. Hope was incredible and inspiring with her own vision while also taking ours into account. It made the project not only less overwhelming but FUN. She has a great sense for which pieces you should spend more money on and where you can get away with spending less. She is extraordinarily creative and offered the perfect amount of conviction and confidence when I needed it to pull the trigger on bigger items or concepts. She is talented and patient, her response time is amazing and whether what you're working on is big or small, she makes you feel like a priority. We tackled different projects over time and I appreciated being able to space it out like that. She was great at managing the needs and expectations of both my husband and myself (since sometimes they differed.) She is organized, passionate about design and professional. I trust her taste and that she has our best interest at heart. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her and I know we will for years to come as our home and family and needs change. She helped make this house we own our home. I would recommend her services to anyone.”

Allison has an incredible eye, great taste and an architectural approach that is a very rare find. I absolutely love my kitchen and the interior space planning and materials selection process was flawless. I found INPLACE to be extremely professional and meticulous with details. “I had living room, dining room and kitchen totally remodeled. I have very limited space and Doreen was able to get every last inch for me. She worked with the contractor seamlessly as if they were a team. I am so pleased in having her as my designer. She was able to get more storage and space in my kitchen then I ever thought possible. I even still have a few sheves still empty. She understood my cost constraints and still made my house look like a million bucks. Words used by my friends after seeing the remodel are incredible, awesome, beautiful, unbelieveable, and stunning.”

“Working with Karin on our kitchen remodel design and installation was a breath of fresh air! We did an "Owner Builder" remodel on a 1914 craftsman that had an unfortunate remodel done in the 80's which required major updates to the kitchen/layout including moving and removing walls; lots of moving parts. Of all the trades/vendors working on the home during the remodel she brought to the table the most creative and functional suggestions and ideas along with the greatest attention to detail on the work being done. She visited the job site multiple times even before it came time to do the kitchen install; while others were working and brought to my attention things others were not correctly. She exhibited a hands-on approach that gave me confidence all would be done according to the plan and delivered on time and on budget! (pics before 100% complete)”
