“Rob and his team were at my home over the course of two seasons, installing an incredible landscape in both the front and back of my property. It's not often you can say it was a pleasure having a work crew at your house, but my boys, my dog and I all enjoyed having Gilmore Landscape Architecture on site. They are intelligent, kind, respectful, creative and talented individuals. The exterior of my home was completely transformed; Rob's expertise in terrain and site planning was fundamental to creating a stunning final result. He made sense of a plot that was uneven and mostly covered in cracked pavement. It now instead features a kitchen garden, native trees and plantings, a reflecting pond, meditation rock garden, as well as a driveable grass paver driveway and beautiful gabion rock walls with wood bench toppers. --Allison TC”

“We chose bp design to landscape our side and back yards after a house renovation. We have been very happy with results of the design which included a large amount of hardscape work (patio, steps, walkways), as well as many plants. Ms. Pantoja, head architect, worked with us closely to develop the plans, taking into consideration our wants, desires, and budget. She accompanied us to pick out the plants, and she was onsite for much of the hardscape work. We would recommend bp design highly.”

“WD helped to make our backyard built-in grill and double firepit a reality. The guys on-site kept things clean, moving forward, and were always so pleasant to be around. “Melissa MacDonald is a very talented and professional Landscape Architect. My husband and I are both architects and we had been trying to design the landscape for our home in the heart of historic Lexington MA. for a year. When we asked Melissa to help us, she promptly delivered a design that was sensitive to the traditional setting of Lexington's historic district and satisfied our spatial requests. The hard-scape is elegant and we have been enjoying the sequence of blooming plants since May. I am thrilled with Melissa's design and with her service. She worked seamlessly with the contractor who highly respected her expertise. “Nilton and the crew were great. I had switched over a new guy this summer to help to start his business. Nilton was a pure pro when I told. As time went on the new service struggled finding workers and services I needed in May couldn't be done until August. Curbs to the rescue. I sent Nilton a text on Saturday , he respond with a visit on Monday and a quote on Tuesday. Started work the following Monday and by the end of the week --- I had trimmings removed (a lot) , areas cleared and prep for bed mulching and edging to spread 20 cubic feet of mulch - that's correct 2 truckloads. Couldn't be happier.”

“She's like a painter with plants. With a superb knowledge of natives. I loved her presentation and her education of us--complete with visuals--on all that she wanted to do with plants. She has a clean, modern sensibility, but with a friendly, approachable, style, even good humor in the work. She's willing to take ideas and bring them to fruition--we came prepared with ideas and she showed us how to make them work. And then, she brought her own smart vision. Vision. That's what she's got. And really knows her plants. It's worth noting that she has so much talent. With this kind of talent, she could be impossible to work with, but she is THE LOVELIEST human being to be around. A great, attentive listener, with a strong desire to please. She works her hiney off, meets deadlines, is on top of details, just overall, committed to satisfaction.”
