“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. “I hired R.S. Media Services to do a home installation of a Sonos wireless music system and the entire process, from start to finish, was seamless. Prices are very competitive for people on a budget like myself, and the service is hands-down better than my previous experience with national tech companies, these guys really care about their customers. Jim Richardson came over and worked with me in demonstrating all the features the Sonos system has and John Stevens followed up with me to make sure it was working properly and I was taken care of. I will use R.S. Media in the future and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of a sound and/or video system in their home.”

“Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.”

“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”
