“I had a great experience working with the people at Carpets of Arizona. They completed 3 bedrooms at my new home: two with wood linoleum and one with carpet. The rooms were completed in timely manner (one day) including moving the furniture in/out, replacing the baseboards. When there was a minor measurement discrepancy the owner ( he views all jobs upon completion) made it right. Our saleswoman was very helpful in making sure we got the right floor covering by bringing samples and later meeting us at the showroom and pulling several options to compare for look and price. She was good to remind us of possible maintenance issues. I wish the staff there the best and glad I used your service.”

“Highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs. We went into the showroom and the guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. We took home a few samples of flooring to see how it would look in our home. We realized the current flooring in our home is thicker than what we wanted for the price we were looking for so they came up with some ideas on what we could do. We ended up getting cork underpayment and were able to purchase flooring for the entire house as what we chose was in stock. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!”

“I recently moved to Goodyear Arizona from Boston. I bought a new home and hated the tile and all my friends said I was crazy and would regret ripping it out because of the dirt and dust. I contacted Renee at Arizona Home Floors and she explained the process to me. I decided to do the removal. I could not be happier. The team arrived on time and got right to work. Eight hours later 1000 sq. feet of ugly tile was gone with no mess or dust. I hope my new tile job goes as well as the removal!”

“Work was excellent, the team did a large patio, 3 bedrooms and closets plus a stack stone wall. Loved working with the installation team, they take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. have had lots of complements on the flooring, highly recommend Jesus and his teams. “Finding Nick and the team at Creative Home Enhancements was a stroke of luck for us! Nick and his team are professional, honest, on budget, on time, detail-oriented, thorough and communicative. They far exceeded our expectations. We purchased a second home in Anthem, AZ. (North Phoenix) and entered into a major remodel including all floors, full kitchen, family room, master bath, second bath and powder room. Nick and his designer, Cathy Hobbes worked tirelessly to help us choose the perfect products for our home and reconfigure spaces to maximize our living experience. We live in Washington state so many decisions had to be made remotely. We grew to trust in the wisdom and integrity of this amazing company. “We haven't yet purchased our wood flooring from Olympic Hardwood Flooring, but we certainly will (I'll update my review at that time). I didn't want to wait until our flooring project starts to submit my comments on the excellent service provided by Rafal at Olympic Hardwood Flooring, because if you live in the Phoenix area and are thinking about hardwood, you need to know about Olympic. We are planning to install engineered hardwood floors in the main living areas of our home, a very large project with several other moving parts that need to fall into place. As any consumer should do for such a large project, we have done our research and here is what I realized: 1) For wood, I want someone who specializes in wood; not a company that deals mostly with tile and carpet and, on occasion, wood. I want someone with knowledge of the product and how it will hold up to our lifestyle. There are some other wood-only vendors in the area, but past experience (with one of the obvious choices in particular) caused me to not even consider them for this project. 2) I want someone who is not going to pressure me. From the start, the customer service delivered by Rafal has been outstanding. He has never pressured us into a product or line, has addressed all of our questions and concerns (and there have been a lot of questions) and has never tried to up-sell us. 3) For large projects that can impact our entire home and lifestyle, price is not the deciding factor; however, after getting other estimates, we found that Olympic Hardwood has the best prices....The icing on the cake. We are anxious to get started on our project and I'll post an updated review and photos once it's complete.”
