Our escrow closing was forced two days late, due to a national hacking scenario, and we were in a time crunch and PFI came through like champs. We called Kelly and she told us she could perform a one day miracle. From measurements to order to pick up to delivery to complete installation in one day!!!!! PFI worked wonders for us - they did a beautiful job - and did it for a reasonable price. We have already recommended their services to or any of your home flooring projects.”

“Our project isn't even finished yet, but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to David's Flooring! From the first contact, David has been a dream to work with. Over the past 30+ years we have contacted, got estimates and hired many different contractors for all kinds of projects both large and small, from indoor and outdoor painting, fencing, complete kitchen and bathroom refresh to decking and landscaping. Some experiences were better than others. David was prompt to reply from the first contact with fantastic communication and customer service at every point. The project started on time and is on schedule to finish on time. We wanted to replace the old carpet and laminate in our basement with heated LVP flooring. After contacting a couple other well known businesses who told us they couldn't do the required prep work and could only install the flooring, we asked David who said "sure!" After finding and reading his glowing Google and Yelp reviews, I noted that others said that David did more extensive work for them, so I asked about removing the base cabinets from our home office then reinstalling them so the new flooring will be under the cabinets and repainting the walls too. Again, it was no problem! He suggested replacing all the old baseboards as well, so we are adding that finishing touch. I much appreciate not having to find, hire and schedule several different contractors to have a completed project! He and his crew are punctual and respectful of our time and property. They are quiet and clean up after each days work. They are also great craftsman with attention to detail and great problem solvers. “We just completed a remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. We worked with Andre from design to installation and I cannot say enough about his helpfulness and his professionalism. His advice on our selections were based on his experience with the different products. i also like his huge photo album of previous jobs, it's a good reference tool. He was excellent at keeping us informed on the schedule and was always readily available to answer our questions. Customer service is number one with Haight Interiors and I highly recommend them for your tile, carpet or hardwood needs.”

“Dinu was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He came out in person to give us a quote and to also do some moisture tests on the concrete as it was in our basement. I've had other moisture tests done in the past in other homes and his technique is the most accurate and trust worthy. His quote came back and was in the ball park and he seemed to have the best reviews on Angies list so we chose him. His services are in high demand but he was able to due our job in just a few weeks. His team of helpers arrived and taped off adjoining rooms, closets, etc to keep any dust out and went to work. They went to work and I kept checking in on them as I wanted to make sure it was going exactly as I wanted. There were a couple stairs he also put wood on and a vertical area under a fireplace. I could tell he loves what he does and chooses to do it properly. It took just two days to finish the job and when done they cleaned up very thoroughly. He and his helpers were punctual and very pleasant to work with. I'll definitely use him again when I redo other areas of the house!”

“I installed 1300 sf of engineered Acacia hardwood. Tami was extremely knowledgeable about the available products, performance and installation. We are tickled over our results and the upgrade to our home. I have purchased flooring before at Lumber Liquidators but won't make that mistake again. We saved money and time going to simple floors. “George and his son were a pleasure to work with setting up this project. They worked hard to adapt to the schedule of construction. Previously before construction began they gladly came and ripped out the old carpet and pad and then when it was time they came back in with a new pad and new carpet. George and his son did, in my opinion, an excellent job! They gave attention to details and fixed a place that had been improperly done without any hesitation. All the doors and closet mechanisms were all put into place and then surprisingly George's son vacuumed up all the carpet snags left on top of the new carpet. Wow....I've never had anyone clean up like that before. Thanks to George's son and George!! Nice Job!!”

“Adam and his wife, Yolanda (I hope I have her name correct!), refinished and wove in new oak floors for the upstairs remodel of our home. They also laid new floors on the stairs to the downstairs living area. They did an awesome job all around. Adam told us that his system is "dust free" and he was correct. He also told us that we wouldn't need to move out of the house for a period of time due to toxic odors from the finishing products. Again, he was correct. Adam gave us an estimate of how long the project would take and he was done a day early! They even waited a month or two to do the final buffing and finishing so that we could get our cabinets in. Adam is both and artist and a perfectionist and, if I ever have a need for wood flooring work in the future, I would not hesitate to call him. We are very happy with our floors!”

“Daniel and his team were awesome! They removed carpeting from living, dining, master bedroom, den and 34 stairs and replaced it with red oak hardwood. He explained the process from beginning to end and all that was to be expected. There were no surprises. Came in on time and on budget! We asked him if he could recommend a professional to change the balusters on the main level and master bedroom landing from wood to wrought iron and have the fireplace surround changed from tile to slate. He did and that too was exceptional! We will be remodeling our Condo in Seattle soon and plan on hiring Daniel and his team again!”
