“Reggie and the crew at FCI-Concord were really amazing. We purchased a new home and wanted to redo all of the flooring - a combination of carpet and engineered hardwood. Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. They went above and beyond to get everything complete on time, and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“Denny, the owner is a nice guy. I had 1000 sf of laminate done in one day. His crew was professional and got the job done in a day. The undercutting around the fireplace is perfect. They even ground down high spots in my cement foundation. GREAT PRICES!”

“David and his crew are awesome! We purchased a 1920's house with original hardwood floors, which were in pretty bad shape. David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. I've worked with a lot of contractors and trades in the last 3 years and there are very few that I would actually recommend to anyone, but David is one of the few.”

“Celia is marvelous. She is personable and professional and helpful and wonderfully vivacious. She obviously loves her job and wants her customer to be happy. And I certainly am a very satisfied customer. Her suggestions for my carpet was wonderful. I am so glad she worked with me. My bedroom is lovely.”

“Susan Dorsey and Abbey Carpet were the perfect choice for our home flooring project. From the day we walked into their showroom until the day the work was completed, we dealt with pleasant, skillful, professional people who communicated with us regularly throughout the project. Susan stayed on top of the project throughout, informing us of the work schedules, schedules that were always met. The installers were pleasant, skillful, and thorough. A minor installation concern was dealt with swiftly. Susan made sure to inspect the work herself upon completion. We highly recommend the services of Abbey Carpet and Susan Dorsey.”

“This company did a great job on our project, The project consisted of removing old carpeting and floor tile and installing wood through out the house. Jim visited the job site several times and knew what the job was about. Sergey and crew did an excellent job of demo, installation and clean up. They were on time and on budget, no surprises.”
