“Ky was very professional throughout the entire process - when asked originally he gave me a ballpark estimate based on the size of my home to allow me to determine my budget. When he arrived at my home, he measured and gave me a full estimate (less than his ballpark). He arrived promptly, was honest, straightforward and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns before scheduling the work. The floors look fantastic, the house was left clean and tidy, and he left me with a comprehensive guide to maintaining the beautiful condition of my floors. Would definitely work with this company again!”

“Greg was just excellent in sharing his thoughts and recommendations as we considered flooring alternatives, stone finish for our fire place as well as entry way tile and ensuite finishing ideas. We were never concerned that they were giving us bad advice or that the installation would not be done properly. It is great to work with a trade that is excited about the job that they are doing. Greg takes a tremendous amount of pride in the product as well as the workmanship they provide. Everyone who visits our home notices the hardwood, tile and stone work and compliments it. Riverbend is very highly recommended by us!”

“We purchased vinyl plank at LA Carpet to replace existing carpet and linoleum on the main floor of our home.. The staff at LA Carpet were very helpful in letting us take home some large samples so we could see how the product looked in our home and how it looked at various times of the day. LA Carpet has a very large selection of products to select from. Staff were informative but not pushy, letting us lead the discussion and search & providing advice when requested. The installer, Mike, was excellent; quick and meticulous. We ended up with a great looking floor because of the way he laid the planks. He, moved the larger furniture around while doing the floor & put it all back in place afterwards. He also took care of some smaller details unique to our job. Special nosing on the stairs had to be ordered at the tail end of the job because the product they had did not work in our house. They also provided cabinet toe kicks in the kitchen (as we requested). Both of these orders resulted in a delay in completion of the job (by 2 weeks). When the product arrived the installer had to fit this work into his work schedule at the time. That said, we would not hesitate to recommend LA Carpet & Tile Inc. to anyone contemplating new flooring for their home.”
