“I was a little skeptical at first because of all the reviews I read but, I was also looking for a deal because after buying a new house we were a little low in funds.
I ordered about 1200$ of pool patio furniture and when my order came in I was shocked at the quality.
I can sometimes be pretty critical of home decor. Lol, I’m the women who pays 3$ for a dollar general tiki torch then, take it back bc it wasn’t Home Depot quality (that really happened &, the 10$ tiki torches were much better in the end).
The reviews I read didn’t hold a light to what I received. First off I received my shipment within 2 wks of the order. My order was quite large so it came in pieces within 1-2 days of each other. The reviews I read were mostly about how “confusing” the instructions were, items were missing, damaged or late.
I assembled all of it, the instructions were included, all the screws and equipment was labeled & organized (seriously it’s not what I expected at all). If you can read the instructions that come with a LEGO kit then you can put this together. I mean it doesn’t tell you how to slide a washer on the screw.
The only issue I had with the final product was easily fixed with common sense. There was a wobble in the wicker table but, when I flipped it over there was a foot pad that wasn’t all the way screwed in. Also, when I received the PDF tracking form I noticed one of my items were left off and I e-mailed to see if maybe it was supposed to be shipped separately and I received a reply within an hour and a new tracking PDF with my entire order listed. It was a simple mistake easily addressed/fixed.
I am a real, working, middle class American consumer, throwing this out there to help others having the same “should I do it? Is it a scam?” thoughts I was having about vidaXL.
This is actually a site I will now go to for quality deals. They quickly address any concerns you bring to there attention. They send a tracking slip for you to be able to check on your goods and the arrival date. All products were organized labeled & safely packed for delivery.”

The footrest is comfortable, the swivel seat and smooth and easy to turn, and we love that they are adjustable. They add a beautiful modern, yet rustic look to our farmhouse kitchen. We did have a small imperfection in one of the wood seats, but they immediately resolved the issue and sent us a new one. They were very pleasant to work with and solved our issue promptly and professionally.”

“I was referred to Rustique Furniture by a fellow craftsman on the mountain, for we needed some help on the interior stairs for our project in Skyforest. Dave Olmsted, the owner of Rustique, went beyond our expectations and created some beautiful treads. We had several slabs of Ponderosa Pine delivered to Dave and he went to town working his magic!
Constructing stairs is somewhat like baking; the ingredients need to be precise. So many things offered through Rustique Furniture appear to be just thrown together, which is the objective, but like so many things that are constructed, there is a lot of effort and precison put into the creation. This is what I believe to be Dave's gifts...Precision Art.
Stairs, by code, cannot fluctuate in width by more than 3/8" (also, the same with the vertical spacing) This was a challenge, for we needed the nosing to be "rustic" and show off the outer edge of the timber. This outer edge is not straight; curved in spots and slopes at various angles...perfectly rejecting perfection, is what we were after! I really wanted the bark left on, too, but Dave showed me how it would look great without it, especially after it was varnished. Plus, the bark would eventually break off, and then trying to keep it attached would be a constant maintenance issue.
The treads came out great, and were completed as specified. Once installed, we had to work with our inspector to make them pass. It took a little field cutting, coaxing and educating the county inspector on the intent of the code, but we got the stairs to pass. Thanks, Dave!”
