“My wife and I began working with Sagart Studios/Poliform more than ten years ago on a small project in our home. We have continued working with them for the past decade, and now virtually every room in our house has been touched, redesigned or rebuilt, by them. Vincent Sagart and his Poliform team have been terrific at helping us expressing and interpreting how we want in our home to look and feel. They are perfectionists in execution, and the result for us has been beautiful, even exquisite, and at the same time simple and comfortable. Their sense of style, design, what can happen in a given space, and the options that are available, particularly using the Poliform designs and products, have been some of the factors that kept us returning to Sagart Studios. Alas, our house is now remade and now there are only minor details to complete. For us, it has been a pleasure working with Vincent Sagart and his team. Know that this process is not inexpensive, but it is seamless, almost painless, and fun.”

“I went to the showroom in Rockville, Maryland. I picked out a bed style that I liked and asked if it could be made to match an existing antique dresser I own. I was told, "Yes." So per the directions, I brought one of the dresser drawers in so the color could be matched. I chose a contrasting wood for the slats. It was delivered and set up on time and in a professional manner. The delivery guys said it was so pretty that they'd been talking about it at the shop. I looked at the web page and there was a photo of my new bed! I felt the price was a little high, but after getting the bed I really appreciate the workmanship that went into it. I am very happy with my purchase and expect this to become an heirloom to be handed down just like the antique dresser it was made to match.”

“I had the designer make me a custom walnut and birch tree wall hanging. The piece came out beautifully and it was very well crafted. “Willem Smith makes fabulous furniture - comfortable seating, environmentally sensitive, well crafted casegoods, and with a signature look to each piece. I used their furniture in a display in December 2009 at the Lorton Workhouse Arts foundation - the chair and pedestal/ aka plinth/ in the display photos attached are both Willem Smith pieces. In the closeup of the plinth, you can see the distinctive inlay which is the Willem Smith signature (also not seen, but carved into the chair). This display featured the work of woodworker John Noffsinger, and the eco-friendly manufacturing of Willem Smith was a good partner for his work. I have also sold their furniture to clients, and the company is a delight to work with. Their new showroom in Merrifield, VA features some other lines which they also represent, as well as their signature pieces. I highly recommend this company.”

“I worked with Daniel at Dunlap Woodcrafts to select wood for a live edge bartop. I was able to visit his warehouse and he provided expert advice in selecting the right wood for my project. He worked closely with my contractor who installed and finished the bartop to make sure it was a seamless project, and the wood he selected for the project was beautiful.”

“I ordered an Arden Kitchen Dining Table with Fold-Away Top made by Dining Loft Living, but sold to me by Belfort Furniture. The item was not on the display floor, but I was permitted to go to the warehouse to see the item in person. It is the perfect size for the small space where I needed a compact table.”
