“After shopping in our local Lowes store and collecting all the recommendations we needed, we had replacement storm doors installed in summer of 2013 and the Lowes installer didn't quite do the complete job required, so representatives of the store kindly came to our home to evaluate, and agreed that the quality of work wasn't 100%. They kindly offered to have the issue fixed by a different installer who came out and did a 110% job, no questions asked!
