It was a difficult project as we wanted the cabinets to be furniture in appearance and to match the stained fireplace mantle. They were precise, and very particular with details and quality. “We love our new kitchen. Carefree Kitchens provided the highest quality cabinets. They have a great show room which gave my husband and me a lot of ideas. They were able to match the color we provided from a paint swatch to perfection. They were also very clever in providing us some extra features inside the cabinet that gave us ample storage space.”

We did our first kitchen with him 16 years ago and loved our kitchen so much we gave him a call when it was time to build a new kitchen. Mark and his staff are responsive, thoughtful and creative. The toughest part of the project for us was tearing down our beloved kitchen that he designed so long ago but the pain was eased by our new wonderful, show stopping kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his staff for your kitchen regardless of the scope of worked needed... from tight budgets to over the top gourmet... Mark can spin his gold! “Duane has done many projects over the past 15+ years for the firms I have worked for. The most recent piece being a Beautiful Walnut display table being made from the highest quality/grade of walnut. It stands as a piece of Art on it's own. Duane needs only to have an idea given to him and the end result it outstanding. The costs are VERY resonable for the craftsmenship and work that he put into all of his projects. Duane never uses inferior material and never skimps on the time it takes to complete a piece of work.”

“We hired Martin and Calloway to replace/salvage the banisters and handrails in our house. They took the time to check all the exact safety codes, gave us options, and made sure we were aware of exactly what they were doing during every step in the process. Since they were combining old wood with new, they mixed us up a beautiful stain so everything would match. The carpentry was beautifully done and we are very happy with the overall effect.”

“We hired Tom to help design/build a new kitchen and I would (and have) recommend him to anyone. He is extremely responsive, honest, easy to work with and a very skilled contractor. He helped us design custom cabinets, decide on appliances, electric, plumbing and counter tops. Overall, just a great experience working with him.”

“After several consultations with other custom closet companies we chose Closet and Storage Concepts of Central PA. The other companies asked us a few questions gave an estimate and that was about it. Closet and storage took the time to ask questions about our needs now and in the future. The price quote and design were very detailed, we knew just what we were getting for the price. The turnaround was very reasonable and the install of our closets and home office went very smoothly and were completed in the time frame I requested. Even the clean up was top notch. I would not hesitate to hire Closet and Storage Concepts again and highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Mark King recently built a custom kitchen, bar, home office, dresser, desk, mudroom, laundry room, and table top for us. He was a pleasure to work with from the start. Top notch cabinetry, beautiful attention to detail, wonderful installer team. Mark worked with me, our designer Patricia Mariani, of Madison and Mackenzie interiors, and our architect Keith Hone. He was patient and accommodating with samples and design changes. The few pictures I have attached do not do the place justice. We are on the tail end of decorating and once that is done we will post some better pictures!”
