“The HTI team was great! They helped me out with the insurance process from start to finish after a few branches poked holes in our roof. They explained the insurance process thoroughly and were even able to help me on some water stains we had inside of the house. The crews did an amazing job. They were extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning everything, even cleaned my gutters! They were able to get a brand new roof put on within a single day. I really appreciate these guys; they did a great job. Would definitely recommend!”

“Merchant contractors were really good, we had Chuma as the project manager he was also the sales rep and they were able to build a new kitchen with a new granite countertop it turned out beautiful because I was able to have my cabinets all white with beautiful handles and again I did a different Blue Island totally totally loved the job I will use them again”

“I hired Noonan Construction to remodel my Kitchen and living room in the Fall of 2012. I was referred to them by a family friend and was extremely happy with the recommendation. Mike and his crew were thorough, detail oriented and made sure that I felt a part of the process from start to finish. I live in an older town home, and Noonan Construction came in and made it feel brand new. In the kitchen we did new flooring, cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, light fixtures and even tore down part of the wall to build a bar/breakfast nook area. In my living room, we put down all new hardwood flooring and trim, new paint and new light fixtures. I couldn't be happier with the way that everything turned out and would highly recommend Noonan Construction to anyone looking to do a project in their home, whether it be small or large!”

“Salesperson was professional. Crew was on time. Work began adapt. Pictures were taken of rotted wood and chimney base. Roof is beautiful and functioning thus far--6 mos. financing a great option. Office a bit difficult to work with this 4 stars.”

“ABS was one of five contractors I received bids from when I was planning to have two pathways redeveloped at my home in Damascus. ABS was competitive--not the cheapest--but Gary clearly was the most professional in every way in trying to get my work. In the end, I made the right choice. Gary's input to my original designs greatly enhanced the projects. Both pathways came out wonderfully in appearance and function. His crews are darn hard workers! They showed up on time and worked long days. They did little things I did not expect--such as grading the dirt around the paths and planting grass seed. And then they cleaned up immaculately. I give ABS my highest recommendation for home contracting--and have already referred them to a friend (who also was pleased with the work done by ABS at his home).”

“Our experience with Blair Construction was the replacment of our roof shingles. The process started with some research which lead to the decision that we only wanted to deal with a certified roofing system and contractor. A call to Blair Construction resulted in a quick response and visit by Randy Savage. Randy is extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions and concerns and provided many samples for us to choose the color and specifications. Blair Construction's quote was competative, everything spelled out and presented well by Randy. The installation was smooth, experienced efficient crews, all shrubs protected, all nails picked up and completed in a timely manner. Each day a Blair supervisor or Randy came by to check on the installation and upon completion Blair Construction provided excellent follow up. The new roof system changed the apperance of our home and now three years later we still we still can't get over the difference it has made! Bill & Judy Ullrich, Annapolis”
