“It is rare that business review rating actually depict the true service that you receive and now I see why Mike and his team have so many 5 star reviews. I contacted David for extensive roof repair quote a few weeks ago and was met with impeccable politeness as well with communication skills that made the entire process seamless also being honest in advising me in certain areas that actually saved me money when I would have been none the wiser if I was charged more. The original quote was for 2 days work depending weather so to my surprise David had organized multiple teams to complete the entire job in 1 day to avoid ongoing delays/costs to myself with forecasted bad weather ahead. They completed the job with complete professionalism making a tired 20-year roof look brand new leaving the property spotless. “We have had our roof restored by Thompson Roofing. They have done a beautiful job. Right from the outset, we gained a favorable impression. They were reliable, informed us of the process and went to a great deal of trouble to match the Dulux paint with the desired colour. The entire job was done professionally, from high pressure washing the roof to restoring the pointing and replacing broken tiles. Ron and his team were all very courteous and provided an excellent service at a fair price. “We contracted RC Roofing to install a new roof in 2013 and to paint the exterior of the house. The faux wood shake roof material that licensed roofing and general contractor R. Crowell recommended met all our wants for a new roof: wood color, style that matches the house design, USA made product, lightweight, eco-friendly tiles, walkable without breaking, withstand 90 mph winds, insulation factor R10. We experienced immediately a cooler home without using A/C during hot weather days. A side benefit was RC Roofing painters and workmen and the foreman were professional and put their attention to the details of the job. Preparation for a new roof, painting and daily clean-up were excellent. RC Roofing was also accommodating in their schedule to allow our pest service to apply termite control when the old roof was removed. All roofing work passed the city building code inspector. We are highly satisfied with our roof and exterior paint. Our home is improved and can withstand the weather extremes of Southern California. We feel fortunate to have contracted with RC Roofing/ Richard Crowell (Downey, CA).”
