He offered a competitive price and temporarily repaired the lifted roof shingles until he was able to reroof the whole house. He closely monitored the job site to ensure quality construction. “Roofing is a difficult business. Re-roofing is even more tedious because of the mess that is generated from the removal process. Add to that, the winds coming out of the bad lands of El Paso and I can't imagine how anyone could score 5 stars. And as an Architect and General Contractor working for some of the wealthiest clients in northern California, I know what the term "demanding" means... Oasis Roofing was recommended by our realtor. The owner, Oscar, was attentive through the entire process. The clean up, after demolition and strong winds, was flawless. The attitude of his workers is a reflection of his own customer oriented focus. The work was completed ahead of schedule. There were a few hiccups, so don't expect perfection (its roofing for crying out loud), but Oscar noted and took care the issues without hesition. So that's the story how a roofing company gets five stars...and the best part.... They had the best price in town!”

“These people are the real deal! This company are truly the roofing experts! They have been able to fix what no other roofer tried or could do countless times! I honestly have no hesitation recommending Roof Solutions to everybody and anybody. They are fair, honest and courteous. Easy to work with hassle free took pictures of the project and their pricing was reasonable . Most important they fixed the problem we were having and went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were completely satisfied . I applaud the crew and everybody that was part of the project . “Attentive and respectful. Took the time to explain insurance procedures even though they really didn't have to. They did excellent work rebuilding my damaged roof and even improved on the original. “Eddie Alvarez, General Manager is very kind and attentive. Eddie always communicates and gets back to you on work or questions. I have used several contractors. I am now staying with Sierra Roofing - they do very good work and are clean. If anything needs to be touched up there is never a question - they are very customer orientated. They work around your schedule and are patient. I had a sink that was damaged in transit. They will come back and finish installing. There was a very tight place they had to work on the plumbing - they stayed with it until it was perfect. I highly recommend Eddie and his crew.”
