“Corley was the best of the 4 roofing companies that we talked to. They were right on the mark with price, responsive and more importantly practical about their solutions. Others simply nodded and provided quotes, Corley was keeping our best interest in mind and advised on alternatives and provided trade offs. Once the we agreed to the job, the work was prompt, and completed ahead of schedule. The crew was very professional and our roof along with a new skylight, solar tube, new dryer vent look great. Corley also replaced our gutters.”

“Our experience with Blair Construction was the replacment of our roof shingles. The process started with some research which lead to the decision that we only wanted to deal with a certified roofing system and contractor. A call to Blair Construction resulted in a quick response and visit by Randy Savage. Randy is extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions and concerns and provided many samples for us to choose the color and specifications. Blair Construction's quote was competative, everything spelled out and presented well by Randy. The installation was smooth, experienced efficient crews, all shrubs protected, all nails picked up and completed in a timely manner. Each day a Blair supervisor or Randy came by to check on the installation and upon completion Blair Construction provided excellent follow up. The new roof system changed the apperance of our home and now three years later we still we still can't get over the difference it has made! Bill & Judy Ullrich, Annapolis”

“Salesperson was professional. Crew was on time. Work began adapt. Pictures were taken of rotted wood and chimney base. Roof is beautiful and functioning thus far--6 mos. financing a great option. Office a bit difficult to work with this 4 stars.”

“I hired Noonan Construction to remodel my Kitchen and living room in the Fall of 2012. I was referred to them by a family friend and was extremely happy with the recommendation. Mike and his crew were thorough, detail oriented and made sure that I felt a part of the process from start to finish. I live in an older town home, and Noonan Construction came in and made it feel brand new. In the kitchen we did new flooring, cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, light fixtures and even tore down part of the wall to build a bar/breakfast nook area. In my living room, we put down all new hardwood flooring and trim, new paint and new light fixtures. I couldn't be happier with the way that everything turned out and would highly recommend Noonan Construction to anyone looking to do a project in their home, whether it be small or large!”

“They were available quickly to offer and quote as well as complete the job. We had some minor damage after hurricane Sandy blew threw and they quickly found the damage and repaired it quickly. Luckily it wasn't too expensive so we didn't have to do an insurance claim. They were very competitive with all the quotes we got. We chose them because of their professionalism and excellent customer service :)”

“I highly recommend this excellent Sterling group. They have excellent service all around. The crew who installed our new roof was very professional and respectful of our property. Sterling Roofers were able to completely install our metal roof in a sufficient period. My wife and I are pleased with the quality and the way the metal roof looks on our home. “Expectations exceeded! Honest, professional, punctual, creative, and communicative. I hired Daniel's Run Contracting to repair my upper deck and build a lower deck. I had a very tight budget and they made it work! I am always very weary of contractors but I received superb service and the quality of work was excellent!
