“TRS installed a 12' by 14' Four Seasons sun room above a walk-in storage area. Storage room included construction of a concrete slab floor and concrete foundation, framing of walls, and installation of vinyl siding to match main structure. Project included electrical service and heating/AC. TRS completed this project on time and in budget. Very responsive to change orders requested by us. Totally satisfied with the finished product and the service provided by TRS.”

He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

“The job is done and my deck looks fantastic! My sales rep, Jacob, was very professional and took his time to go over all details in my contract. I ended up signing for a deck resurfacing package. We signed the contract in January, the project was started in mid March, and finished in mid April. Deck Helmet team replaced all rotten wood and applied their coating to the entire deck. They left no mess in my backyard! My deck was in a bad shape and I was happy that I did not have to go with a more expensive option of refacing. My contract includes a 10 year warranty. So far I am completely satisfied with Deck Helmet's service. Would recommend Deck Helmet.”

“Mark Shriner and his team replaced a landing and staircase off our sunroom, and added a patio across our back yard. His initial design was creative and offered some helpful suggestions. The work was done very timely even in less-than-stellar weather. As with many projects there were a couple of small aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. We're very satisfied with the project. we would use this team again and would recommend Distinctive Deck Design.”

“I have spoken to many deck restoration companies, but either reviews were bad or the prices were unreasonably high. My neighbor told me about Deck Armor LLC( he used them for his deck). I stop y at his house and was astonished by the look of his new/repaired deck.
I called the company for a free quote and got a free estimate on the next day. Was happy with the price and payment options. I paid 30% AFTER they finished power wash, 20% AFTER carpentry and the rest AFTER the job was done. Before the finale payment I walked through with the manager and checked the deck. I was so happy by the look of my deck after all.

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs.
In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude.
Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement.

“Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used.
