“Sean and Max were very professional and clean when they arrived at my home. They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. One of the best experiences I have had with builders.”

“I have used O'Keefe Built for jobs both small and large and have been totally thrilled with the quality of the work and the prices that were charged. Pat uses an estimating tool that, if we didn't add on additional things, is always right. No up charges. We have had a woodshed built, a room in our home remodeled including the flooring, and the entire basement of a rental basically re-done. Thanks, O'Keefe, for a great job on everything!”

“There are few times I feel comfortable recommending a contractor and this is one of those times. Ben Wood of Archadeck was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and because of that knowledge, the job went more smoothly than I could have anticipated and without any surprises.And there were no "extras" that normally come with any job by most contractors. “Jonathan and team were such a pleasure to work with! We envisioned a side deck built around a new hot tub we purchased, but we wanted the tub sunken, but still accessible. This required some creative thinking and design, which was exactly what we got. Jonathan built a beautiful deck, and the team was so professional. All of them wore team shirts, showed up on time, we’re thoughtful and polite and did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with our choice in hiring them.”

“I have used Keith, owner of Integribuilds LLC., for five different jobs. He has done a beautiful job every time. He listens to what I want and makes it happen. He is responsible. He shows up to do the job when he says he will be starting and completes it right away. He DOES NOT "leave you "hanging." He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He is friendly, extremely courteous and tidy. He is not the cheapest contractor, but you have to decide if you want quality. I loved working with him. (i worry about giving him too great of a review because he'll get so busy that I won't get him back!) Jean”

“I met with 3 companies for free estimates on replacing the side wooden deck and stairs. I'm so happy that I decided to higher Bella Vita Builders. This company provided excellent service and quality. Steve was friendly, comfortable to be around and honest about when the project can start and the time it would take to complete the project. I was provided with prices and samples of the materials available for the new deck and stairs. The entire team showed a lot of pride in their work, very hard workers, arrived on time and left the working area clean. I couldn't believe how beautiful the new deck and stairs look. “Brad built a new deck for us, I can't say enough how great of a job he did. I had three other quotes that I simply couldn't afford. Brad's quote was substantially lower than theirs and the quality of his work was impeccable. I'm not a carpenter myself but his attention to detail I can't imagine is very common every step of the way he asked if we were satisfied with what it had already completed and before he was done he went over everything with a fine tooth comb. He cleaned up the job site really well every day before he went home I recommended Brad to a close friend of mine for their deck and I'd recommend him to anybody looking to get a new deck built he even called a few weeks after finishing and asked if anything that come up that we had noticed or just wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied still and said if there's anything that we were unhappy with he'd be more than happy to come out and address it but everything was fine.”
