“Arrived on time. Was pleasant, conveyed his ideas clearly and the finished product shows it. Picture shown was exactly what was built and in a timely fashion. The finished product was even better than I had hoped and he added his own personal touch like functional drawers underneath for added storage. Am super pleased with the fit and finish! Would highly recommend!”

“In the spring of 2012 we met with a few different deck building companies and discussed our ideas for our backyard. We asked each one of them to come back to us combining their expertise with what we had discussed with the balance of the plans we had for our yard. Hickory Dickory had totally paid attention to all of the details we had mentioned and came to us with a couple of designs. We were very impressed with the way each meeting was handled. Making changes and tweaking the drawings were never a problem and everything fell into place. There were no surprises everything was done exactly as planned and agreed upon. We made a few last minute changes without any issues. They have a great team of people that work together and do quality work. You can tell they love what they do and have pride in their work. We highly recommend them. We have had some friends build decks with them now and they also have had nothing but good things to say.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Royal Decks. After receiving 4 quotes, I chose Royal Decks, not just for the extremely reasonable quote but the way Miro presented himself. He put a lot of effort in understanding what I wanted. The result was fabulous, beyond expectations. Steve, the carpenter and Bernie, the deck stainer, who also made my custom outdoor cushions, went above and beyond. True artists. Extremely happy with the results and would recommend this company in a heartbeat.”

“Excellent job done by John at Mississauga Decks and Trim on my back porch and fence. He ripped out aging cedar deck and replaced with high quality wood. John helped with design and pattern for the wood. Now I am getting lots of compliments on the porch. He also extended a fence in the backyard. All work was completed on time and at a great price. Very pleased with cost and workmanship so I am highly recommending this company.”

Dave and Brandon VanAmerongen and their crew followed through with superior craftsmanship and skill in the dismantling of the old deck, the building of a concrete pad, storage shed, deck and Natrual Light Patio Cover. Working efficiently, Dave VanAm Inc. were professional, courteous and friendly through all phases of planning and construction of our project. “We have hired Derek @ Dat Construction several times to build us a new deck, as well as fencing, and beautiful privacy screens. Derek is an exceptional business owner, he is open, honest and delivers what he says he is going to do. His prices are very reasonable considering his high level of attention to detail. We have unfortunately made errors in judgment in hiring trades to help us in our projects outside, someone referred us to Derek, and that is one of the best things that ever happened. We are what I would say fairly "discerning" clients (read..picky, probably a pain in the butt), Derek always meets and/or exceeds our expectations. Last year he built a deck for us ( the 2nd one, he did one in our last house as well), we live in a new development, he also completed a new fence for us. When the neighbour's saw his work they all asked him to complete their fences as well. So now when I look out my back windows I see a small enclave of ten new homes...all with Dat Construction fences :) you will not be sorry in hiring Derek and team for any project, big or small.”

“I needed to fix my porch posts as they were wore out and damaged by water at the bottom. From the first phone conversation with Iavor I knew he understand my concerns very well and knows how to fix the problem. He spent all needed time to do his job diligently with no rush which resulted in hight quality job and perfect outcome. I am very satisfied with my porch posts and will trust Iavor to work on my next home projects. He values and proud of his job and I can see why.”
