“We had a sunroom project a couple of years ago. We didn’t have any issues with the previous company, but it was time to replace it since it became a traditional space for us. We went with Dream Outdoor Solution because of their affordable prices, free designs, and quote. Our new sunroom makes us feel like we step outside without getting outside! All insects have to find a new way to enter our space!”

“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

The crews performing the work were clean, very professional and willing to explain the process as it progressed. “I have spoken to many deck restoration companies, but either reviews were bad or the prices were unreasonably high. My neighbor told me about Deck Armor LLC( he used them for his deck). I stop y at his house and was astonished by the look of his new/repaired deck. I called the company for a free quote and got a free estimate on the next day. Was happy with the price and payment options. I paid 30% AFTER they finished power wash, 20% AFTER carpentry and the rest AFTER the job was done. Before the finale payment I walked through with the manager and checked the deck. I was so happy by the look of my deck after all. Great company, fair prices , good job guys.”

“Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used. Porch includes recessed lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, and beautiful pine ceiling. Unlike some contractors, the Core team showed up every day until the project was complete. Their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. The team was courteous, respectful, willing to go the extra mile to meet every single one of our many needs, and left the job site every night completely spotless. Can't say enough about their professionalism. The end product is simply gorgeous! They truly hit it way out of the ballpark! We are definitely the envy of all of our neighbors!”

“Mark Shriner and his team replaced a landing and staircase off our sunroom, and added a patio across our back yard. His initial design was creative and offered some helpful suggestions. The work was done very timely even in less-than-stellar weather. As with many projects there were a couple of small aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. We're very satisfied with the project. we would use this team again and would recommend Distinctive Deck Design.”

“Greg and his team did an amazing job. We had them do our screened in porch and it's our favorite spot in our home. Our porch had a challenging roof line and we had 4 other companies look at our project. Everyone looked at our project as difficult and couldn't give us a clear picture of how it would work. Greg saw our home and said, "no problem we can do that" That's the person you want building your project. He said to trust him and his crew, they would make it look great. And he was right!”

“I had a stamped patio put in my back yard and a seat wall. I am very very please with my experience. From beginning to end, the level of customer service recieved and the awesome crew that came out. . Awesome job guys, can't wait till the warm weather kicks in to be able to enjoy my patio.. I highly recommend nav construction.. thrilled and pleased.”
