“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

“Core was contracted to replace a pressure-treated two-level deck with a 26'x15' screened porch and a 20'x20' deck. The porch had to be tied into two different level roofs, which ended up looking seamless! All no-maintenance, high quality materials were used. Porch includes recessed lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, and beautiful pine ceiling. Unlike some contractors, the Core team showed up every day until the project was complete. Their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. The team was courteous, respectful, willing to go the extra mile to meet every single one of our many needs, and left the job site every night completely spotless. Can't say enough about their professionalism. The end product is simply gorgeous! They truly hit it way out of the ballpark! We are definitely the envy of all of our neighbors!”

“We hired Design Builders to replace our rotting deck. We worked together on the design and the process was excellent. James listened carefully and provided us with ideas and sketches. The collaboration was superb. We decided to extend the deck and add a pavilion. We found that the Design Builders price was competitive with other bidders. The construction period went quite well. The workers undertook their tasks seriously and kept the area around clean. The duration of the construction project was very reasonable and well within the estimated time. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Design Builders for other projects of this type.”

“Mark Shriner and his team replaced a landing and staircase off our sunroom, and added a patio across our back yard. His initial design was creative and offered some helpful suggestions. The work was done very timely even in less-than-stellar weather. As with many projects there were a couple of small aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. We're very satisfied with the project. we would use this team again and would recommend Distinctive Deck Design.”

“We recently had our 20 yr old wood deck refurbished with new vinyl flooring and railing. It turned out much better than we had imagined. Other companies tried to talk us into building a whole new deck, but Brandon assured us that it wasn't necessary -and saved us a significant amount of money. We have already recommended Coastal- and Brandon- to several of our friends.”
