Pat uses an estimating tool that, if we didn't add on additional things, is always right. No up charges. We have had a woodshed built, a room in our home remodeled including the flooring, and the entire basement of a rental basically re-done. Thanks, O'Keefe, for a great job on everything!”

“I have used Keith, owner of Integribuilds LLC., for five different jobs. He has done a beautiful job every time. He listens to what I want and makes it happen. He is responsible. He shows up to do the job when he says he will be starting and completes it right away. He DOES NOT "leave you "hanging." He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He is friendly, extremely courteous and tidy. He is not the cheapest contractor, but you have to decide if you want quality. I loved working with him. (i worry about giving him too great of a review because he'll get so busy that I won't get him back!) Jean”

“I worked with Garth in 2016 to build a new deck on our house. Our deck was ultimately featured on the show Mega Decks, with the title of the show being "In Garth we trust." We had a dishonest incompetent company hired to build our new deck and we had to fire them after our old deck was torn off and not started. Garth came in and salvaged our project, by designing a beautiful deck that is beyond our wildest dreams. Between Garth and my wife they were able to come up with this really great deck with many unique features. Garth describes himself as an artist and his approach to deck design is exactly that. He was very professional and caring during the design and completion of the project.”

I had an original redwood deck that was removed and a better constructed deck that won't need regular stain or maintenance made from composition lumber installed. I recommend K & A construction for a professional experience.”
