“I have only the highest praise for Garden Hideouts. From the first phone contact through to the evaluation phone call at the end of the project to check on our satisfaction, the approach was wholly friendly and professional.. Any small issues that arose after the building of the Pod were dealt with swiftly and with courtesy. I was also amazed at how quickly the building was completed due entirely to the hard work and diligence of the craftsmen. “We had our garden redesigned a couple of years ago and the guy we were working with suggested we use Ecodek composite products rather than traditional wood for the new deck. We've been really pleased with the result and I'm delighted because it needs so little maintenance - one quick jet wash a year is all it takes to keep it in good condition. If we do any more decking we'll definitely use it again. And it's a recycled product - whats not to like?”

“It wasn't a straightforward job. We wanted the front supports set back, and the surface roots made it very difficult to insert the post supports. Ian Ward and his sons were good natured and happily sorted out each problem. Due to their heavy workload, communication was not always easy. The initial installation was quick and efficient and completed by October 2015 as promised, but, due to problems with their suppliers, they were unable to put up the side panels with windows until December. We were very pleased with the final result, which was to a very high standard.”
