Steve Ostrowski, President of ShadeFX has consistently and repeatedly improved his product over the years, and every time we spec one out for a job, it is the most elegant application that could be placed. The awning systems are well worth the cost; rainproof, windproof, solid, sturdy, stable. Our clients are very happy, and therefore WE are also happy. :)
His newest design, a top-mount system with polycarbonate sheeting, looks like it will overcome the snow-load issue prevalent in many Northern applications, and we have already ordered 12 of them.

We asked each one of them to come back to us combining their expertise with what we had discussed with the balance of the plans we had for our yard. Hickory Dickory had totally paid attention to all of the details we had mentioned and came to us with a couple of designs. We were very impressed with the way each meeting was handled. Making changes and tweaking the drawings were never a problem and everything fell into place. There were no surprises everything was done exactly as planned and agreed upon. We made a few last minute changes without any issues. They have a great team of people that work together and do quality work. You can tell they love what they do and have pride in their work. We highly recommend them. We have had some friends build decks with them now and they also have had nothing but good things to say.”

“I LOVE my Coach House!! I got my gorgeous building from Limestone in August 2014 to use as a pottery and fibre art studio. I use it as a 3 season studio and it suits my needs perfectly! It's the perfect size and it looks beautiful on our lot. It's a great addition and has increased our property value by a lot!
The whole process of choosing the right building and picking the options was made so easy by John. He made some excellent suggestions on layout and options that I never would have considered and am now glad I have. The easy good nature of John and his whole team of installers made it a great experience. The building was put up on our slab in only two days - it was amazing to watch it go together. They left the yard spotless- as if they'd never been there.
I would have no trouble recommending Limestone Trail to anyone.”
