“Jim is the nicest and most honest plumber I have ever met! He snaked a drain for me that ended up taking a long time because he had to get it from the roof (yes, the roof)! He also consulted with me when I thought I wanted a tankless hot water system. He took loads of time telling me the benefits and drawbacks and offered a much cheaper alternative that would provide me benefits that the tankless would not. He is very personable and very reasonable. I highly recommend him!”

They did an excellent job repairing it and even cut a smaller hole in the ceiling than we thought we would have to make. They were very respectful and great to work with!
